Who Can Start a Chapter?

We welcome:

College students passionate about service and wellness
Community youth leaders
Prevention advocates

You do not need prior nonprofit experience — just passion, commitment, and a desire to create change.

What do Chapters Receive?

PULSCE chapters may receive:

Branding and promotional support (Logo Creation)
Chapter launch guides
Leadership training
Event planning resources
Access to statewide/network collaborations
Prevention education materials
Mentorship from the broader PULSCE network & Partners

How to Start

Build Your Founding Team

Every Chapter should begin with a small team of committed student leaders. Here are the required roles:

Chapter President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer

Don't worry if your team starts off small, every chapter starts somewhere!

Recommended Roles
- Director of Public Relations
- Director of Service
- Committee Leaders (Can be the Executive Board)
Depending on size/interest, you may want to split up E-board roles with committee heads
Ex: Instead of President & Prevention Committee Leader, you can separate the two roles to give more people leadership opportunities
